\nWhen you register as a friend we ask you to provide personal data. This data will be used to be able to carry out the blues event. \u2028The use of the website and in particular the digital registration form to become a friend is secured with a SSL certificate. The connection you make with our website is therefore private. You can recognise this security by the green lock in front of the url of the page.\u2028Data are stored on secure servers of MKB Assist Molenakker 10B in Houten. \ngender -> necessary for correct salutation in email correspondence
\nfirst name and surname -> identification of our friend
\nstreet name and postal code -> necessary for SEPA authorisation. Europe has a common payment market SEPA(Single Euro Payments Area), where we can pay everywhere in the same way.
\ncity -> required for SEPA authorisation and macro data of our friends
\nEmail address – required for communication with our friends
\nTelephone -> needed for communication with our friends
\nIBAN number -> necessary to make the authorization for collecting the annual contribution possible

\nBefore sending the newsletter, a copy is made of the basic file. After sending the newsletter, this copy file is removed again.<\/p>\n

\nDuring our offered blues events, photo’s\/video’s can be made for promotional purposes for the own website\/newsletter\/archive of the Foundation. The photos\/videos have the purpose to show the activities of the Foundation. In principle, only general (group) photographs\/videos are made. If a portrait photo\/video is made, it will only be done after permission.<\/p>\n
\nWhen you send e-mail or other messages to us, we may keep those messages. Sometimes we will ask you for personal information relevant to the situation at hand. This makes it possible for us to process your questions and answer your requests. The data will be stored on our own secure servers.
